Q: When is the concert?

Q: Where is the Rotary Pavilion?
A: The Rotary Pavilion is located on the Mississippi River at Veterans Memorial Levee Park.

Q: How do I get tickets?
A: You can purchase tickets on this website.

Q: What happens if it rains?
A: This is a rain or shine event. However, in the event of lightning, hail, or it being cloudy with a chance of meatballs, the event producer will communicate with ticket purchasers on the situation. Safety for attendees, artists, and staff is our main concern (If it starts snowing, we will have a snowman building contest for backstage passes)

Q: Where can I park?
A: Hastings has a variety of public lots and street parking. Get to Hastings early and enjoy all that the city has to offer!

Q: Will bathrooms be available?
A: Of course! (The river already has enough liquid in it)

Q: Can I get a refund for my tickets?
A: All tickets are non-refundable. However, keep in mind that your ticket purchase is going to help children in military families stay healthy and active along with funding scholarships for local college bound youth. 

Q: Is there an age limit?
A: No way! This is an all-ages family event.

Q: I have an very young child. Will they need a ticket?
A: All children 5 & under will be admitted free of charge.

Q: If it's all-ages, will there be alcohol available?
A: We will have alcohol available for purchase. There is also a pretty great private bar setup if you purchase a VIP ticket to the concert.

Q: Will food be available?
A: Oh, heck yeah! We’ll have plenty of food for purchase.

What can I bring into the concert?
  • Blankets
  • Folding Chairs (Not in venue's bowl - only on upper grass area)
  • Stollers (Collapsible strollers only)
  • Water (1 factory sealed or empty plastic bottle of water up to 20oz will be permitted. Empty bottles must have cap removed upon entry. Glass and aluminim cans are not allowed in the venue. Frozen water bottles are not permitted)
  • Compact Umbrellas 
  • Ponchos/Raincoats
  • Small purses & backpacks (All bags will be searched upon entry)
  • Cameras (Small non-professional digital, disposable, 35mm cameras are permitted. Any camera with a detachable lens will not be permitted.)
  • Cell Phones
  • Small Binoculars
  • Non-aerosol suntan lotion and bug repellent
  • A good attitude

What can't I bring in?
  • Animals (except those used for assistance by individuals with disabilities)
  • In-Line skates, skateboards, bicycles or action sports equipment
  • Wagons or large non-collapsible stroller
  • Large Purses/Bags 
  • Picnic baskets or coolers of any kind 
  • Laser pointers
  • Drones
  • Boot Spurs
  • Fireworks or other incendiary devices
  • Alcohol, drugs, or any Illicit Substances
  • Knives, guns, mace, pepper gas or any other item deemed a potential weapon 
  • Large signs, posters or flags
  • Stickers or markers
  • Video Cameras
  • Audio Recorders
  • iPads or tablets
  • Glass, metal, cans, soft drinks, cups (regardless of contents)
  • Any other item that may pose a threat to other guests, staff, or performers

Q: Where will the proceeds from the concert go?
A: Great question! All of the profits will be going to military families and back into the city of Hastings! Event partners, United Heroes League and the Hastings Rotary Club are dedicated to ensure that nobody is lining their pockets. This is a community event that will have an immediate positive impact. 

Q: What does United Heroes League do?
A:  United Heroes League keeps military kids healthy and active though sports while their parents serve our country. This is done in four main pillars. The first one is, we provide sports equipment free of charge. Secondly, we issue grants to offset league dues. The third way we help military kids is by sending them to skill camps. And lastly, we send families to collegiate and professional games across the country.

Q: What does the Hastings Rotary Club do?
A: The Hastings Rotary Club is a great group of local business leaders that is commited to making Hastings bigger & better. They raised the funds to build the Rotary Pavilion and give annual scholarships to local high school students for college.

A: 1. Your ticket is going to help a couple great organizations
    2. We've got some AMAZING artists playing
    3. You'll be outside in Minnesota listening to live music
    4. Duh.
